Работа с телом играет важную и неотъемлемую роль в терапии преобразующих кризисов. Мы уже описывали сосредоточенную телесную работу, нацеленную на высвобождение блокированных эмоциональных и физических энергий. Для этих же целей могут быть очень полезны биоэнергетика и другие виды райхианских и неорайхианских методов. Рольфинг и разнообразные типы массажа могут быть важным дополнением к терапии при условии, что применяющие их специалисты разрешают клиентам выражать возникающие эмоции. Кроме того, ценную помощь может оказать акупунктура, проводимая опытным специалистом, поскольку она способна облегчать свободное течение ранее блокированных эмоций и физических энергий.
Неотъемлемой частью всесторонней программы терапии психодуховных кризисов должны быть и различные формы художественного выражения. Подобно юнгианской** игре в песке, живопись может играть важную роль в конкретизации содержаний бессознательного и облегчении их сознательной интеграции. Допуская свободную и экспрессивную манеру, она сама может стать очень мощным терапевтическим инструментом. Некоторые люди находят более значимой и эффективной работу с глиной или другими аналогичными материалами. Еще одним важным каналом может служить танец, особенно спонтанные творческие движения, позволяющие более полно выражать разнообразные динамические силы психики.
В идеале, терапию людей, переживающих духовный кризис, следует проводить в центре уединения, наподобие того, что мы описали ранее. Там все перечисленные методы можно было бы применять избирательно и в соответствии с тем, какую форму принимает процесс, на какой он стадии и какова его интенсивность в текущий момент. В зависимости от обстоятельств, клиенты могли бы приходить в центр для проведения терапии, либо, при необходимости, оставаться на ночь, поскольку квалифицированная помощь была бы доступна круглосуточно. Вдобавок, подобный центр мог бы предлагать группы поддержки, аналогичные программам «двенадцати шагов».
