Дисертація присвячена розробці дійового механізму відновлення діяльності підприємств машинобудування за допомогою санаційних процедур.
Визначено сутність, мету, завдання санації. Розроблено систему прийняття раціональних санаційних рішень на машинобудівних підприємствах. Удосконалено методи до управління кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства в умовах фінансової кризи. Запропоновано проведення автоматизованого моніторингу процесу відновлення діяльності боржника за допомогою програмних засобів Microsoft Excel. Розроблено комплексну систему результативної санації підприємства, представлену у роботі як організаційно-економічний механізм.

Диссертация посвящена разработке действенного механизма восстановления деятельности предприятий машиностроения посредством санационных процедур.
Определено сущность, цель, задачи санации. Разработана система принятия рациональных санационных решений на машиностроительных предприятиях. Усовершенствованы методы управления кредиторской задолженностью предприятия в условиях финансового кризиса. Предложено проведение автоматизированного мониторинга процесса восстановления деятельности посредством программных средств Microsoft Excel. Разработана комплексная система результативной санации предприятия, представленная в работе в виде организационно-экономического механизма.

The Thesis concerns the elaborations of machine building enterprises work renovation mechanism by means of active sanation procedure.
The author not only has given an adequate description of the bankruptcy institution foundation in Ukraine, but also researched the terminology in this field. Besides the level of scientific and theoretic handling of the problem has been extended i.d. a new meaningful term of sanation has been given. The aim was defined very clearly, the task formulated clearly as well. The sanation principles were formed and substantiated. The forms how to carry out sanation were extended, defined and made more specific. Moreover there were researched already existing approaches to the sanation execution. In order to distinguish the basis of the sanation system the author discovered and analyzed the peculiarities of pretrial and trial proceedings. The main principles necessary to form appropriate organizational and economical system of machine building enterprises sanation to the researcher’s opinion were determined.
While creating an informative data base of sanation mechanism, the author defined the directions and steps to analyze the financial situation of an enterprise, besides the instruments and fulfillment of the mentioned analysis were estimated. Moreover the Thesis opens the subject of the machine building industrial complex economic activity peculiarities and researches already existing methods of legal proceedings realization on the basis of bankruptcy declaration and machine building works sanation conditions. Consequently modern primary both positive and negative economic forces of influence on inner and outer environment of the machine building enterprises were defined and classified.
Thus the essence of economic mechanism was clarified; the author’s interpretation of “enterprises sanation mechanism” was formulated. The work clarifies the basic approaches of control over the sanation realization and develops a new system of efficient making decisions of sanation in machine building enterprises. Also the approaches to the credit debts management at the enterprises under the conditions of the financial crisis were improved. The author gives a new definition of the term “balance sanation”. Due to systematization and measures of implement for inner financial stabilization the idea of “balance asset sanation” and “balance passive sanation” components were clarified and defined. The author created new method of monitoring process of renovation. Besides, automatized approach was done by means of Microsoft Excel Software. Consequently the author proved the expediency of such an index as the “effectiveness of sanation plan fulfillment”, in order to estimate the quality of carried out sanation. In conclusion complex effective system of enterprises sanation was elaborated, it is represented as organizational and economic mechanism.
