The purposeof the given research is: development of scientifically-practical recommendations on efficient control investment projects in sphere of the main railroad system. For achievement of an object in view have been solved a number of the consecutive and interconnected commitments:
– theoretical positions concerning essence of investment designing, as object of management, with the purpose of specification of terminology and the further classifying, with reference to railway branch were researched;
– existing methods and parameters of an estimation of efficiency of investment projects in sphere of a railway transportation were analysed;
– the analysis of a modern condition status of investment designing on perfection of a condition status of the main railroad system was lead;
– recommendations on elimination of lacks of an existing control system by investment projects on renovation of the main network were developed;
– the effective control system of investment activity main railroad systemwith the purpose of translation of existing system on a new qualitative level of management was developed.
Scientific novelty of workconsists:
– in specification of essence of management by investment projects with reference to railway branch;
– in development of model of management by investment projects, by means of use of investment design potential on perfection of the main railroad system, the developing of a science generated according to priority directions and mechanics in railway branch;
– in development of strategy and a technique of making up of design principles of management of investments of the main railroad system, on the basis of the closed cycle of the general functions of management;
– in development of concept of investment design potential main railroad systemand the analysis of its structure;
– in technique of determining of efficiency of concrete investment projects of strengthening of a railway road in system of a railway complex.
Substantive provisions, carried out on protection:
– the concept of renovation and perfection of the main railroad system on the basis of consolidation of investment resources in the transport block in conditions of the burst financial crisis;
– model of management of investment projects in sphere of the main network of a railway transportation;
– development of investment strategy and priorities of increase of a technological level of the main railroad system in conditions of growth of transportation burdens;
– a corporate control system of investment activity of railroad system from a position of rational use of investment design potential of the main railroad system of joint-stock company "NC"Kazakhstan temyr zholy";
– a technique of the analysis and an estimation of efficiency of concrete investment projects of technical re-structuring of the main railroad system is specified.
Practical value of workconsists that the developed scientifically-proved recommendations on system management of investment activity of a long distance railway and a technique of the scientifically-proved selection of the best investment projects. Are used by corresponding divisions of joint-stock company "NK"KTZh" at making up of the plan for development of joint-stock company "NK"KTZh" on 2009-2010. The received results of research were used at specification of corresponding sections of Technical policy of joint-stock company "NC"Kazakhstan temyr zholy" till 2015.
